Major General (R) Dato’ Dr. Md Rahim Mohamad was born in Bagan Datoh, Perak in 1963. He received his early education at Anglo-Chinese School in Ipoh and later attended the Royal Military College in Kuala Lumpur, graduating in 1982.

Dato’ launched his distinguished military career as a 2nd Lieutenant in the Royal Intelligence Corps, culminating as a Major General in his role as the Assistant Chief of Staff for Intelligence at the Joint Armed Forces Headquarters.

He boasts an impressive academic portfolio, including a PhD in Leadership, a Master of Science in Strategic Marketing, and an MBA with honours.

Ir. Dr. Norzana Mohd Anuar is an accomplished civil engineer specializing in coastal and maritime engineering, with over 28 years of experience. She earned her B.Sc. (Hons) in Civil Engineering from Universiti Teknologi MARA and later completed her Master’s at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. In 2024, she achieved her PhD at Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS, further solidifying her expertise in hydraulic and coastal engineering.

Throughout her career, she has led numerous projects involving river basin management, shoreline conservation, and infrastructure upgrades for both government and private sectors. Her extensive professional journey includes roles as a hydraulic specialist, project manager, and coastal engineer for major developments across Malaysia. She has contributed to large-scale coastal protection projects, flood mitigation studies, and jetty construction—playing a vital role in advancing sustainable coastal and marine infrastructure.

As a professional engineer registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia, Ir. Dr. Norzana has also served in academia, mentoring future engineers as a senior lecturer. Previously, she was the Principal of iCore Consultant, an enterprise specializing in engineering consultancy.

She now serves as the Project Director at iCore Engineers Sdn. Bhd., where her leadership and technical expertise continue to drive the firm’s success. Her commitment to innovation and sustainability ensures the delivery of impactful engineering solutions across diverse sectors.

Mohd Hafiz Bin Muawiah is a seasoned Coastal Engineer and Project Manager with over 14 years of experience in civil engineering, specializing in coastal protection, hydraulic modelling, infrastructure development, and aerial surveying. Starting his career in 2009, he developed strong technical foundations through projects in river rehabilitation and wave modelling. He transitioned into project management in 2015, overseeing jetty construction, dredging, and coastal reclamation works for major clients like DRB-Hicom and JPS.

Since 2016, Hafiz has led high-impact initiatives, including the National Hydrological Station Program (RHN), and is known for his ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver data-driven solutions. In 2018, he co-founded iCORE Group, providing consultancy in sustainable coastal infrastructure while leveraging drone technology for geospatial analysis. As a certified drone pilot (RCOC-B, CAAM), he blends engineering precision with modern surveying tools to enhance project delivery.

A seasoned professional with over 25 years of diverse experience across construction, media, logistics, and project management. He began his career in 1997 as a Junior Site Supervisor at YTL Construction before transitioning into roles in media production, sales, and customer service. At Philip Morris (M) Sdn. Bhd., he honed his expertise in logistics and warehousing, earning certifications in QMS (ISO 9001:2000), safety standards (FEM/SESS), and training (OTJ/BPI/5S).

Passionate about event management and full-contact sports, he organized Muay Thai events under Zaxmart Resources and later founded Zaxmart Sdn. Bhd., pioneering an Islamic IPTV channel known as Hikmah Channel for El Kahfi Sdn. Bhd. His adaptability shone as he returned to construction, managing high-profile projects such as the 2014 Putrajaya Formula E Championship and Petronas RAPID (P20A1), significantly boosting project volumes for Abahshah Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering Sdn. Bhd.

Zakrey’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-found Opulenz Phoenix Management in 2018, delivering engineering services in Pengerang before pivoting to fibre optic projects with Telekom Malaysia. In 2023, he joined Qew Group Berhad as Group COO, leading a restructuring initiative before departing in 2024. His career reflects a dynamic blend of leadership, innovation, and cross-industry versatility, marked by successful project executions and strategic business growth.
